Welcome, and thank you for choosing our transportation services. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that apply to all reservations. By booking with us, passengers agree to follow the guidelines below regarding cancellations, reservation time, vehicle care, passenger conduct, and related fees.
Cancellations within 2 days will be charged 100%.
Reservations that exceed 15 minutes will be charged in hourly increments.
Smoking is not permitted in any of the vehicles and will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
Passengers must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. If underage drinking is detected, the ride will end, and no refund will be issued.
There is a $250 fee charged for cleaning required due to bodily fluids in a vehicle.
Missing or damaged glassware will be charged $8 per glass. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged the cost of the repair.
Rates are subject to change based on fuel prices.
We are not responsible for mechanical breakdowns.
